List of the most frequent breakdowns:
- The cooktop does not turn on – We check the cord and plug checking the microcircuit with a multimeter. In the first case, we change the faulty element. If the problem is in the microcircuit, we re-solder it right away
- The burner doesn’t work. Remove the burner, check it with an ohmmeter. Together with the burner, we check the entire electrical circuit. We fix the contacts of the wiring with the burner
- The hob is damaged. We turn off the stove and remove the panel. The tech replaces the damaged panel with a new one
- Indicators do not respond to actions. Either the indicator or the heat regulator of the hotplate has failed. We replace the faulty element
- When heated, one of the burners turns off by itself. We check the resistance and the electronic control module of the stove, the relay sensor and the thermostat. Fix the control module and relay sensor. In extreme cases – we change the electronic module and the thermostat
- The display shows errors. We look at the error code and decide what to do next. Depends on the error
- The hotplate or hob does not heat up well The heating element has worn out or a program error has occurred in the control unit. Inspection of the electric stove and oven, repair / replacement of worn out elements
- Fan makes strange noises Most likely the fan is clogged or a foreign object is caught between the blades. Fan cleaning, foreign body removal
